Of course, they encounter some tribulations on the way and the film highlights the reality of growing up and no longer being able to act without consequences. Jackson set the film up as they portray the two hottest detectives in the NYPD, renowned for their fearless attitudes, which ends up being their downfall. This might be another film on this list featuring Will Ferrell, but this one features a lot more action! There's still the hilarious gags you'd expect but with the added bonus of wannabe action heroes Detective Gamble (Ferrell) and Detective Holtz ( Mark Wahlberg).
